If your beautiful portraits should ever be damaged, regardless of fault, we will replace your portraits at no charge to you (as long as we have still have your images in our storage system) This is guaranteed for up to 6 months after your session. We know that the images will remain stable for at least 6 months and could possibly maintain their stability for longer periods of time. Always check with us in the event of portrait damage and if we have workable images, even though they may be past the 6 month limit, certainly we’ll honor our guarantee.
